Regional Sales Manager – Leading Manufacturing Company (700K)

My client is the leading manufacturing company which combines the industrial packaging and labeling solution, to caters clients from different industry. Currently they are looking for a high caliber to join as a regional sales manager.


  • Responsible for leading a sales team across the region to drive growth, and responsible for all account activities related to Fasteners Asia key strategic customers or accounts, implementation of global projects and setting strategy for growth in this segment.
  • Drive top line goals through the Fasteners Asia Sales organization by developing new markets and growing strategic and key accounts. This position is responsible for achieving optimum budgeted sales in the region, consistent with budgeted profit and selling expenses.
  • Market development - recruit new channel partners in the region to open up new market representation
  • Focus on growth initiatives in key segment of Industrial packaging applications, and retail solutions focusing on Toys, Housewares and Hardware segments..
  • Implement value-enhancing service initiatives which will strengthen customer dependency.
  • Develop strong relationships with key brand owners in the target segments and working closely with their factories to drive sales.
  • Drive implementation and ensuring sales team are engaged in using CRM for account management.
  • Working with Business Development teams globally and engaging in getting and providing sales forecasts from customers for reporting and sales analysis.


  • Bachelor degree or about
  • At least 6 years of sales experience in Packaging, Retail or industrial segments or related.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in a sales leader position that involved complex project management , implementation and ability to led cross-functional projects.
  • Skilled in developing sales penetration, growth strategies and drive execution.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Willing to travel in the region regularly, willing to take some conference calls in the evening with US counterparts.
