about the job.
- Works closely with the Senior Executives to improve business management, sales processes and help the team prioritise opportunities for improvement
- Takes ownership and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the sales organisation’s planning efforts and everyday operations
- Coordinates monthly and quarterly planning activities with other stake holding functions, and carries out deep-dives as appropriate to derive actionable strategies
- Develops and distributes reports and other business / operations intelligence essential to the sales organisation regularly, including but not limited to customer, industry and market trends, as well as key operations dashboards
- Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key stakeholders
