job description

Our client is a global professional service company offering corporate learning and development solutions. They have made significant growth in the APAC region last year and are looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Hong Kong. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will be driving new opportunities with MNCs across the APAC and managing existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Job duties

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with senior decision makers with MNCs across APAC
  • Manage and maintain relationship with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Handle end to end sales process - sales pitch, negociacion, closing
  • Deliver sales pitching presentation
  • Exceed sales target and build strong sales pipeline

Requirements

  • 6-10 years working experience in sales / business development / account management (B2B)
  • Experiences in selling professional service / learning & development / consulting services
  • Independent, sales driven and team player
  • Proven sales record
  • Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Travel is required
