- Build and manage high performing sales teams over 15 offices in China & HK;
- Design and implement growth strategy, set KPI and assessments for various office;
- Coach and provide training for local offices and sales team to increase sales quantity, revenue and profitability
- Drive trade lane development and commercial drive collaboration along with products and operations team;
- Ensure resources optimization, SOP to align with company and regional practise; and
- Establish and maintain long term customer relationships
