- Managing and coaching a close-knit team of hungry sales hunters to ensure individual and team success
- Leading by example, proactively developing new client relationships in a systematic manner to build a sustainable pipeline and sales funnel
- Be the subject matter expert to consult clients on the benefits and business value of the product
skills & experiences required.
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B Business Development with a hunter sales instinct
- Experienced in managing and coaching sales talents to achieve team revenue goals
- Self-motivating individual who initiates ownership to make things happen
- Experience in selling subscription based product or solution highly preferable
- In-depth knowledge of financial concept or experience selling to financial institution would be advantageous
- High fluency in English and Mandarin would be essential
