about the job.
- Work closely with corporate global C&B counterparts in driving data analysis and audit, report generation and gathering for the Asia region
- Participate and coordinate in the HRIS (Oracle) enhancement, testing, training
- Involve in the development, alignment and administration of base pay strategies, policies and programs including job evaluation, market pricing, salary surveys, salary structure and salary increase recommendations
- Assist in global benefits projects, annual salary review, well-being programs related activities such as implementation, communication, enquiries, checking of invoices
- Support regional HR members to develop best practices and provide appropriate C&B advice to employees
- Handle market research and identify salary benchmark resources, analyse data and identify trends in the region
- Ensure all C&B practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements, providing recommendation as new regulations are aligned
- Support in any regional HR projects as assigned by senior management
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or relevant disciplines
- 5+ years of regional experience focusing in data analysis on compensation & benefits within a large organization
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other Human Resources related regulations in Hong Kong
- Independent, high accuracy, a great team player, well organized
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems such as Oracle or others
- Strong excel knowledge including IF formula, vlookup, pivot table
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
