About the Company

Our client is a well-established retail group that has a growing presence in Asia Pacific, and is looking to hire a Regional Recruiter.

Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, including onboarding, and other generalist duties.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment - screen CVs, telephone screening, interviews, up to onboarding for both frontline staff, as well as back-office
  • Engage and attract top talent through a number of recruitment platforms
  • Support HRIS projects and budgeting reports for the region
  • Liaising with retail staff, as well as team heads and acting as a business partner to internal stakeholders
  • Ad-hoc projects included

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, generalist
  • Experience or exposure within the retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a result-oriented personality
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is required, Mandarin an advantage
