With their current expansions, they are looking for a Regional Product Manager for their audio products team. In this role, you will be working cross-functionally on product development, product launch and post-product analysis. You are expected to be experienced in developing audio products and managing vendors and factories in mainland China. about the team.

The team consists of more than 1,000 employees across 20+ countries, with Headquarter located in California. The company sees their people its greatest asset. You will be reporting directly to the HQ, and work with a group of market experts locally at the regional office. about the job.
  • Responsible for primary and secondary reserach including but not limited to trade shows visits, sales analysis, competitor analysis, direct customer contacts and surveys, store visits and market insights
  • Build and execute market go-to strategies (long and short term) with clear product launch introduction and product lifecycle management
  • Facilitate in channel and regional specific product requests while utilizing exisiting brand portfolio and/or future products
  • Close assessment on potential business opportunities while building market intelligence on emerging electronic/audio products and solutions. Ensure thorough SWOT analysis and portfolio strategy
  • Manage new product launches to the market while ensuring internal teams have received detailed product information such as product features and requirements. Collaborate with Marketing team on product packaging and internal training materials
  • Conduct pre- and post-launch product analysis to evaluate product penetration and success; making recommendations to specific markets base on consumers feedback and competitors trends
  • Work closely with product designers, enginners, product development team (factories) and internal departments to ensure the success of product development and launch
  • Translate customer needs into business and product requirement
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or any related fields
  • 5+ years of professional experience within the Audio goods or Consumer Electronics sector is a MUST
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
  • Proven experience in factory relationship management, streamline production management, and vendor/supplier management
  • Experienced in identifying and development product ideas with strategies and roadmap
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 and 14001 is required
  • Willing to travel to mainland China occassionally
