    Our client is a Saas solution MNC that has exposure across 90+ countries. With its extensive expansion in the APAC area, they are looking for a Regional Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.

    about the team.
    • report to Regional Marketing Director
    • leader of 20 people across APAC
    • international and dynamic working culture
    about the job.
    • responsible for management of budges and campaigns across different digital accounts and diversify the channel mix using paid social channels
    • drive conversions at optimal per acquisition and make sure strong return on investment and efficient CAC
    • plan and optimise key traffic KPIs through paid, organic and media channels
    • identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
    • report funnel conversion insights to team in other countries and present ideas to team head and top management
    • conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing or utilise user feedback to improve conversion rates across the brand's digital channels and assets
    skills & experiences required.
    • 5-7 years experiences in performance marketing with a quantitative data driven mindset
    • knowledge in database design and SQL, including knowledge in the following computer program and data structure: Mongodb, Elastic Search, JSON/BSON
    • knowledge in data visualisation software, such as Excel and PowerBI
    • knowledge in digital advertising research and data analytic tools, such as SAS, SPSS, R, etc.
    • strong command in spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese
