The company is a leading player in the industry and powered by its expertise-enabled technology platform, they enable its partners / clients to expand businesses across the globe and maintain great employee experiences. Due to their aggressive expansion plan in Asia, they are partnering exclusively with us to look for an experienced Regional MarkTech Manager to join their Regional Marketing Operation Team.

    • Report to Regional Director of Marketing Operations
    • team of 10-11

    about the job.
    • responsible for strategic planning for marketing technology
    • research and implement new technologies for regional marketing
    • evaluate company's group level go-to-market strategies, existing marketing technology program and thus recommend new updates and changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
    • manage the implementation of new marketing technology platforms
    • work closely with and supervise marketing agencies and technology vendors to make sure all requirements are up-to-standard
    • create and set procedures, standard and best practice for the whole regional marketing team and all other local countries to follow
    • report and monitor marketing campaign performances, including user experiences, customer journey, customer purchase behaviours, customer satisfaction measures, etc.
    • carry out market research on customer preferences and behaviours
    skills & experiences required.
    • around 3-5 years relevant experiences
    • strong data driven decision-making and problem solving skills
    • strong exposure in regional marketing across APAC and knowledge in marketing technologies
    • strong attention to detail with an analytic mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
