Regional Marketing Manager – Recruitment Marketing

Our client is a global Fortune 500 technology organization focused on innovative technology & IoT solutions, services and products partnering with world-class technology businesses.

Due to their expansion and growth, they are looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager focus on Employer Branding to engage and attract top talents locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative employer branding/recruitment marketing campaigns on traditional (events, public relations, marketing materials etc.) and digital channels (social media, website, e-news etc.)
  • Collaborate and communicate with:
    • Internal stakeholders (local & overseas) to executive campaigns that are aligned with Marketing & Communication guidelines to engage and attract top talents in both local and overseas market
    • External stakeholders to ensure campaign’ performance is effective, continuous development on campaign to successfully attract and engage top talents and to ensure all strategy/campaign communications are aligned with Company’s branding guideline
  • Thought-leader to (further) optimize employer branding image collaborating with a range of business leaders within organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years work experience in international organizations
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Must have experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategy and campaigns for both online and traditional channels
  • Experience in vendor management
  • Strong communication, relationship-driven, analytical and results driven
