For a fast growing business in the reatil industry we are looking for a Regional IT Manager. You will be leading a team of 8-10 people within dev, BI, CRM, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and plan the direction of the overall digital strategy and roadmap to continuously improve the business leveraging innovative information technology across Singapore, Taiwan, China and other APAC regions
  • Lead a team of 7-10 to development and maintenance of various applications (e.g. membership system, online store, mobile app, BI, CRM & POS)
  • Oversee budget, allocation and management of all IT-related resources to ensure IT project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Communicate and provide support for other departments/vendors and determine their technology needs
  • Lead, Establish and maintain a Cybersecurity program, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures; to assist all employees in the protection of the information asset;
  • Ensure newly deployed systems are secure and comply to company’s standards
  • Review internal business and IT operation processes to meet industry’s best practices in data protection, information security Cybersecurity protection;
  • Examine impacts of new technologies on company's overall information security

Position Qualifications

  • At least 6 years of relevant IT experience, and at least 3 years in a management position
  • Experience in Retail & eCommerce industry is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in web development (NodeJs / PHP & MySQL / Postgresql) is preferred
  • Knowledge in Business Intelligence/ CRM / POS / mobile app development will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and project management skills
  • Solid experience in managing all aspects of IT developments & operations
  • Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task with high adaptability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
