Collaborate with HR team members on other HR-related projects and initiatives.
Assess employee training needs and identifying skills gaps.
Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Provide coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and development.

Degree with minimum of 8 years solid experience in Human Resources
Highly preferred candidates who are from legal practices background
Knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society rules
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
