About the company:

Our client is an European Robert AI Automation company established in 2005. They are new setting up their APAC region office in Hong Kong looking for a Regional HR Specialist managing the HRBP project, C&B operation & benefit set up & etc.

The role is a regional role looking after China, Taiwan Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, Japan, Australia and Indonesia focusing on China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, working closely with HR in other growing market.

About the job:
  • Design and implement a specific onboarding process for new joiners and on how to enhance the feeling of belonging and retention for these specific;
  • Be the interim Business Partner to our Leaders in Growth Markets (point of contact for Leaders but also for employees);
  • Set up and follow implementation of HR guidelines related to: contracts and legal requirements for hiring, payroll, performance & exceptional bonuses in new territories;
  • Work with external agency to handle our payroll, taxation and accounting related to the opening of new entities;
  • Coordinate the C&B initial set up in coordination with our legal and procurement department;
  • Handle hands-on requests from the Talent Acquisition team and employees on Growth Markets;
  • Support recruiters in finalizing the recruitment process with new hire correspondence and our suppliers;
  • Participate in ad hoc HR project
Skills & Experiences Required:
  • Experience on a similar position (HR experience is a must, a legal and/or Finance background is a definite plus), at least 5 years;
  • An outgoing person, who can prove kindness, openness and initiative;
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory;
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is desired;
  • Experience working in Start up company is an advantage.
