About the Company:

Our client is an European MNC with a strong presence over the globe.

With the new expansion plan, they have set up a new headcount to look for a HR professional to take up the role as HR Manager specialising in Employee relations/ engagement related matters, this role will be a regional role looking after HK & APAC. They are looking for someone who is independent, flexible and outgoing to join their young and energetic team.

Job Description:

  • Act as the project leader of Employee Relation, work closely with other parties to ensure their APAC business plan can run smoothly
  • Set up the long term planning based for staff wellbeing based on the company board direction and to enhance the employees’ engagement level to the company
  • Deploy and monitor the related projects to ensure they are on the right track
  • Conduct surveys / analysis market reports to understand more about what the employees want from the company
  • Take part in other ad hoc HR projects when necessary

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years HR experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Candidates with regional experience is necessary for this position
  • Preferred candidates who have heavily involved in Employee Engagement before
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as well
