My client is a MNC company that provides testing services, quality assurance, and inspection for their clients, they have offices and testing labs globally. They are currently looking for a seasoned Regional HR Manager (HRBP) to join their team.

Reporting to the Global HR head, it is an individual contributor role.
about the job.
- Oversee global staff under lab departments under 120 headcount, including Hong Kong, Apac, Europe and others
- Work closely with the business leaders to understand the business context to interpret and anticipate into HR planning & execution
- Recommend appropriate retention strategies and guide managers to carry out the approach
- Ensure that the recruitment standards are professional and rigorous
- Drive HR initiatives and develop HR strategies such as projects related to HR process improvements, policy review, learning & development, total rewards
- Enhance HR operations, employment life cycle from staff planning, recruitment, on-boarding to performance management, salary review, learning & development, demobilization/exit
- Provide advice and insights for workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management & development to ensure succession planning for key positions
- Ensure the statutory requirement are in line with labor law, develop regional HR policy, program & procedure
- Develop employer branding initiatives in talent acquisition and retention, also drive D&I and CSR activities
- Support in any ad hoc projects as required
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of regional HRBP experience working in sizable companies over 100 headcount, prefer candidates with individual contributor experience
- Savvy, independent, adaptable and a great communicator
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
