About the Company

Our client is a well-known European brand, and they’re looking to hire an experience HR Generalist to cover the Asia Pacific region.
They've been in Hong Kong for over 30 years, and are constantly growing within the market. With expansion plans and investment plans, they're looking for a drive candidate to join them on this journey.


Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR, including C&B, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development and HR Projects.

This position will require you to be responsible for the full spectrum of C&B, salary and benefit surveys, payroll administration, tax-related issues, etc… Enhancing and improving the policies and salary structure in the business.

Alongside C&B, you will also be managing the recruitment process for the North Asia markets, sourcing the right talents, screening, interviewing and conducting orientation. Attracting great talent to join the business' journey in becoming the biggest, targeted market in the world.
Apart from the main focus above, you will be involved in a number of HR initiatives and projects set out by yourself and HQ. Supporting training and development plans for the coming years, to bring potentials to their best in the business.

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
  • University degree holder in Human Resources, or related discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of experience as a generalist, preferably in retail, F&B, FMCG, hospitality
  • Experience in a regional position will also be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
