Our client is a well known American based financial services firm, providing services such as e-payment and online money transfer. Your role will be to provide HR advice to their teams here locally in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
about the job.
  • Working closely with Managers to as sit in planning and implementing HR initiatives in accordance with the the Company's short term and long term initiatives
  • Partner with the global HR team on various organisational development programs and initiatives
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing to offer stage
  • Initiate and implement employee engagement and retention programs
  • Support ad-hoc assignments and projects
skills & experiences required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 8 years' hands-on experience in HR employment cycles working alongside line managers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English with high level communication skills; verbal, written and presentation wise
  • Proactive, adaptive and resourceful
  • Familiarity with the Employment Laws of Korea, Japan and Hong Kong
