About our client

Our client is a highly reputable market leader known in Information & Technology.

One of the pivotal functions in the company is the Regional HR Business Partner, which will specialise in the C&B function who will play an integral role in supporting both the operations and strategic outlook of the organisation.

Job Description

  • Contribute to business planning and strategic discussions by advising on all aspects of human resource
  • Lead the HR function and provide leadership in developing and driving HR strategies in line with business goals to meet the organisation's future plans
  • Build and engage in relationships amongst senior leaders on a strategic level and be the key go-to-person to provide advisory and consultative feedback on job grading alignment, salary structure and benefits
  • Responsible for planning, developing, executing and leading the compensation & rewards strategies, policies and processes in line with regional guidelines and business needs
  • Subject matter expert in compensation and benefits by providing advice and solutions to the HR Business Partners
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners in delivering C&B agendas such annual salary review and bonus exercise, HR systems implementation and annual budgeting exercise
  • Lead and execute continuous improvements in compensation and benefits, HR policies, processes and HR systems

Job Requirement

  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Regional exposure is preferred
  • Strong decision maker with critical thinking mind-set
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
