About the Company:

Our client is a MNC Skin Care Brand.

With the rapid expansion in APAC, they are adding a new headcount looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to furthre enhencement their HR operation procedure and iniatives.

It is a pure strategy role which does not involve retail HR operation and therefore they are open for candidates from non retail industry.

About the job:

  • Partner, consult, and provide proactive solutions to senior executives on strategic workforce planning, learning and development, organizational development, and more
  • Build an effective communicate channel and work closely with senior business stakeholders and local HR business partner across APAC
  • Lead various HR projects including employee recognition program, employee engagement survey, salary and benefit review
  • Drive HR people strategies to accelerate business growth focusing on training and development, employee retention and engagement, succession planning, and company culture enhancement in order to improve employee’s satisfaction and engagement in the workplace
  • Work with sourcing team on develop, drive and maintain recruitment strategy, aligned with global and regional HR strategy, reviewing regularly to ensure delivery and freshness
  • Provide strategic HR partnership advice to business leaders on people management, promotion, internal transfer, and talent development
  • Develop new well-being exercises and initiatives
  • Provide guidance to the regional operation leader in performance management and appraisal exercise

Skills & Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business Management disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of HR related experience required
  • Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
