We are looking for a "Regional Head of Greater Bay Area" to manage the sales departments and P&L across the Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area markets.

- Work together with the CEO and the Board in making the organization's vision and mission a reality
- Lead, develop and manage the business in Great Bay Area
- Build compensation plans that are quota driven and ensure that each QBI is incentivized to close sales as well as establish & maintain a healthy sales funnel
- Formulate and review sales strategies and directions that deliver the financial and growth targets
- Take sole ownership of P&L responsibilities. Work closely with the CFO to manage all aspects to drive the company’s revenue and keep expenses under control
- Develop strong relationships within the data center ecosystem including regulatory authorities, the power utilities, business partners, and all other relationships that impact the Operating Cash Flow & Profitability of (designated region)
skills & experiences required.
- 15+ years of relevant experience. Data centre experience preferred
- The Last assignment should be in a senior leadership position
- Familiarity with the business environment of Great Bay Area
- Strongly networked within the region’s data centre ecosystem including with the regulatory authorities, the power utilities, as well as with vendor, suppliers and customers from the Enterprise and Hyperscale sectors
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels
