job description

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and execute digital and ecommerce strategies across own platforms and global marketplace
  • Track and evaluate marketing performances, produce insights and propose development plans to increase sales and business opportunity
  • Setting up online sales target and achievement programs by brands, marketplaces, and other sales channels
  • Driving the revenue and profitability of the online sales to meet or exceed the target
  • Creating and maintaining all online sales activities such as websites, social media platforms and marketplaces
  • Managing digital marketing channels across the Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC), Content Marketing Strategy (CMS), Social Media and Email marketing etc.
  • Keeping abreast of new developments in the digital marketing world, maximising search engine traffic and effect of the company’s targeted ad buys
  • Providing the Management with various analytical reports in order to deliver data driven strategies that can drive top performance, enhance customer experience.
  • Actively seeking new online business opportunities and building strong business relationship with clients
  • Establishing strong working relationships especially the Brand, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure accuracy of web content is updated and in line with overall marketing and brand strategies
  • Working closely with vendors and internal teams to create digital assets

Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of related working experience with proven track records in managing eCommerce platform
  • Extensive digital marketing experience and able to provide critique and suggest improvements to enhance the e-commerce capabilities
  • Proven track records of good practices and creative techniques related to web merchandising and / or online retailing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
