Our client is a British International healthcare provisioning and multi-insurance group. They provide a wide range of workplace and home healthcare services to corporate and individual clients in Hong Kong. We are hiring a Regional Customer Service Advisor for their global team to act as the face of the company and provide excellent customer service to their valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

As a Regional Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be directly reporting to the UK team and responsible for ensuring the company’s reputation for outstanding individual service is maintained locally and globally at all times, also to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to VIPs by achieving departmental service standards for calls, emails, new business and claims
  • Handle enquiries and complaints
  • Maintain system records
  • Build strong relationships with customers, agents and groups
  • Liaise with departments, group secretaries, brokers, partners and members
  • Support for complex case handling i.e. high value claims, extraordinary benefits and complaints handling
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Skills & experience required

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/ account management field
  • Ideally experienced professional with relevant skills and knowledge from other financial services industries, such as Life insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes
  • Ability to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • PC literate and keyboard skills essential with the ability to adapt and learn new operational systems where required
  • IIQE Paper I and II are required (If not, candidates are required to sit for these within 2 months)
  • Effective problem solving and decision making skills, using own initiative
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable
