This global consumer goods company is committed to provide the best play experience to the world and has excellent working culture. Currently they are looking for a top talent for an exciting APAC role in Sales and Marketing Function - Regional Channel and Key Accounts Manager.


The key duties of this role are to develop channel strategies - e.g. ecommerce and also lead the business development of key accounts across region. This position is required to work closely with Global counterparts across Sales and marketing team to formulate the best practice and go to market strategies to excel the sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the APAC Channel growth strategy with global, regional and local team, and apply the strategy with local sales team
  • Maximize the growth opportunity through different strategies, including merchandising, cross category promotion, new product launch etc.
  • Work with Key Account Managers for the financial targets of each Key Accounts
  • Lead the best practice of regional Business Development practice - including joint business plans for Key Accounts, regular clients visit & events, client service commitments, business updates, periodic business reviews
  • Generate industry analysis and market insights reports on channel growth trends, product trends and competitive analysis to provide insights and recommendations on business opportunities
  • Work with Regional Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the product strategies are aligned to branding
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in verbal and written (Native English)
  • Strong leadership skill with capability to work with stakeholders internally and externally
  • Sophisticated knowledge in Sales, Business Development, Retail Operations and Key Account Management, preferable in Consumer goods with volume business
  • Strong business acumen and numerical sense to generate insights from data and reports
