About the company
Our client is a world leading amentities company. They are expanding the headcounts in Hong Kong and looking for a driven and motivated Business Development Manager to expand business across APAC region.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies and sales plans;
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients through regular visits and communication;
- Contact potential clients to establish client base and find new business opportunities;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and value proposition;
- Meet sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budget;
- Work with operations team to ensure the achievement of highest level of service with high availability across the product range for core lines; and
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in sales and business development; preferably from hospitality or having a strong hotel connection;
- Equipped with stakeholder management, negotiation and business implementation skills;
- Driven, energetic, independent, patient, and convivial;
- Attention to detail and a good team player;
- Excellent communication, project and time management skills;
- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaking abilities; and
- Passionate about the spirit industry with spirits & wines knowledge will be a plus
