Currently they are looking for an Audit VP to join their team in Hong Kong. The bank is known to have a well-respected audit culture, strong collaboration across Business Heads and supportive leadership team. You will cover Front-to-Back audit across Asia Pacific.

about the role.

You will:

Perform risk-based audit for Front-to-Back offices across Asia Pacific
Your audit topics will include treasury markets, credit, corporate loans, trade finance, operations, compliance etc.
Participate in data analytics audit, develop agile audit approach across APAC
Evaluate effectiveness of existing controls across the Bank, design action plans to mitigate risk exposure in accordance to regulations and professional standards
Supervise audit projects conducted by team members and ensure quality controls are in place

skills and experience required.

Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
Qualified member in CPA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent
At least 10-15 years audit experience gained from banking, financial services or sizeable corporations
Candidates without direct banking experience will be considered
Exposure to data analytics/ agile audit is an advantage
Outspoken, enjoys working in a team-based environment, strong communication skills to collaborate with regional business heads
Good command of spoken and written English
