Regional Acquisition Marketing Manager,MNC (Digital/ Online)50k

Responsibilities

  • Launch and scale acquisition marketing programs through hands-on management and working with internal team and/or agency partners to efficiently deliver against revenue targets
  • Own metrics and KPIs for the full conversion funnel on managed channels with ability to quickly diagnose performance fluctuations
  • Analyze campaign performance data and implement optimizations that increase scale and ROAS efficiency
  • Research and evaluate vendors and partners to uncover new opportunities to acquire customers efficiently and at scale
  • Launch innovative paid campaign strategies and tactics to unlock new customer growth while simultaneously quickly stopping tests with low chance of success
  • Embody our fail fast mentality by developing tests and iterating on learnings across platforms, creative formats, messaging, audiences
  • Provide a strategic point of view on creative formats, including best practices for different channels and tactics. Partner with our creative team to brief and develop creative concepts and assets
  • Stay on top of the changing digital ecosystem including advertising formats, channels and technologies to improve campaign performance.
  • Design, launch and analyze robust tests across paid marketing channels, and communicate results to stakeholders at all levels
  • Partner with analytics and data science to analyze data from various reporting models in order to draw insights and steer optimizations and testing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least two in digital space
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing with hands-on experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns in 2-3 channels of following: Google ads, Affiliate networks, video advertising, programmatic display, Facebook/Instagram
  • Self-motivated and strategic thinker with a bias towards action while also being a strong team player
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data from various reporting models in order to draw insights and steer optimizations and testing.
  • Experience with web analytics, Google Analytics preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, iterate based on data, and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with A/B testing, optimization and attribution platforms
