About the Company

Our client is a highly successful, well-established conglomerate, with a strong presence in Hong Kong and they're looking to hire a passionate and driven HR professional, to support and handle logistics and coordination for their recruitment activities.


As the Recruitment Officer, you will be reporting directly into the Senior HR Manager, and will be responsible for coordinating and liaising with different stakeholders on recruitment activities.

Your responsibilities will also include:
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment, including arrangement of career fairs, market materials, shortlisted candidates, onboarding new hires, etc…
  • Conducting analysis on recruitment programs, and data from recruitment activities
  • Support administrative duties, such as arrangements, bookings, etc...
  • Ad-hoc projects included

Skills and Experience Requirements

To be an ideal candidate, you must have:
  • University degree holder
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, focusing on recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, Prezi, Keynote, etc…)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a result-oriented personality
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
