- Responsible for a range of clients within the legal industry covering junior to senior level mandates
- Work with a range of clients within the in-house space to develop your personal brand
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes delivering high quality service to both candidates and clients
- Source talent using different channels (including Linkedin RPS, Job Boards etc.)
- Utilise networking and social media to build the database
- Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients
skills & experience.
- Degree holder
- At least 1 year of work experience in recruitment firm, law firm, legal sales, sales or any client-facing positions
- Strong communication ability, target-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, flexible are must haves
- Fluent English and Cantonese (with Mandarin a plus)
