We're looking to expand the sales & marketing and life science division. Whether you are an experienced recruitment consultant or have the hunger and motivation to step into the recruitment sector, you could potentially be good fit to join the team!

about the job
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery process for both clients and candidates.
- Responsible for sourcing high level talent across different channels, to introduce to clients within the commercial sector
- Consult and provide market updates/knowledge to clients and candidates
- Develop, maintain and identify potential clients to grow your own portfolio of clients
- Utilise networking, social media, cold calling to build your candidate & client database.
- Analyse client requirements & offer tailor-made solutions
- Service contract negotiation with clients
- Deliver high-quality recruitment consultancy and services to new and existing clients
skills & experience required
- Degree holder
- Minimum 1 year experience in commercial sales/business development/account servicing
- Prior experience in recruitment is a bonus
- Proven track record in sales environment
- Able to work in a fast-pace environment and strong project management skills
- Aggressive, growth mindset, self-motivated and results oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior and/or Principle Consultant
