- Implement overall recruiting strategy
- Sourcing and identifying the right candidates by using database or other platforms
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Diploma or Bachelor degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant experience in financial services industry
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
- Familiarity with HR database or hands-on experience with recruiting software/HRIS
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
