About the company

Our client is a well-established PRC financial and investment services company. To support their dynamic business operations, they're now looking for a Receptionist to support the reception & office administration duties.

Main Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Perform all-round reception duties, including handling enquiries, screening phone calls and courier services
  • Manage meeting room schedule
  • Assist in facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Handle procurement of pantry/ office supplies (i.e. stationary)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned (including company event support)

Skills & Experience required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Diploma or above
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in administration or customer services
  • Good telephone manner and professional attitude
  • Well-organised, proactive, flexible and willing-to-learn
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
