About the company

Our client is a independent private equity real estate investment group with strong presence in Asia countries. To support their dynamic business operations, they're now looking for a Receptionist to handle all round office administration and reception duties.

Main Responsibilities

Directly reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide reception counter services and handle enquiries, phone calls and couriers
  • Maintaining meeting rooms schedule and assist in meeting rooms set up
  • Prepare various reports and documents, including attendance record & expenses claim
  • Handle procurement of pantry/ office supplies & office equipment maintenance
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned (including company event support)

Skills & Experience required

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in reception or office administration work
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good telephone manner, pleasant and customer-oriented
  • Proactive, willing-to-do, flexible at work and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
