- Provide administrative support for companies and teams
- First point of contact for a company and have to deal with visitor enquiries
- Welcome clients and visitors, referring them to the appropriate member
- Maintain filing system ad clerical works
- Assist in ad hoc duties
skills & experiences required.
- 1-7 years of relevant experiences
- Flexible, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in PC Skills, MS Office and word processing
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
- Good memory for faces and appointments
