About the Company

Our Client is a reputable retailer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team.

About the Job:

  • Providing warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure quality customer experience
  • Handle daily operation and responsible for overall customer service function to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Supporting various customer events and perform administrative duties
  • Supporting ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Skills & Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • At least 1 year relevant customer service experience would be an advantage
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proficient in both English and Chinese
