Currently have 3 Receptionist/ Admin Assistant vancanies opening. Our client is a famous fashion brand, finanial company and marketing company. They are looking for a presentable, energetic and good communication skills Admin Assistant/ receptionist to join their company.

about the job.

  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service to incoming guests and staff
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Handling and answering incoming inquiries via telephone or email, taking messages, and directing to the relevant people
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Maintain stock and office supplies as required
  • Additional Ad-hoc admin tasks as required

skills & experiences required.

  • Fresh grad or junior receptionist are also welcomed
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational mandarin
  • Previous experience in receptionist or Admin field is an advantage
  • Friendly customer service manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality
  • Computer skills with proven efficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred
