Our client is a global luxury brand who is looking for an energetic and ambitious junior Receptionist to join their company.

about the job

  • Greeting and providing excellent customer service to incoming guests and staff
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Handling and answering incoming inquiries via telephone or email, taking messages, and directing to the relevant people
  • Handling courier services and deliver to staff
  • Arrange reservations of conference rooms, appointments and meetings for management
  • Assist for office admin duties when needed
  • Additional Ad-hoc tasks as required

skills & experiences required.

  • F.7 or above
  • Previous experience in receptionist or cusromer sevice, junior candidates are welcomed
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese
  • A "can do" attitude that enables you to work well in a small team environment
  • Friendly customer service manner and strong interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills with proven efficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Outlook and Excel)
