Our client is a prominent Family Office looking for a Real Estate Investment talented to join them. They would like to invite a professional with solid experience in Investment Management to join the team in order to better assist their company's development.
About the job
- Explore new investment prospects and oversee the acquisition process, which includes market research, feasibility, underwriting, due diligence, contract negotiation, and so on.
- Prepare and present financial and performance reports to senior management
- Investigate and analyze worldwide real estate markets, planning rules, taxation, and government policy etc.
- Assist with all parts of investment due diligence work.

What you'll ideally have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or Economics related
- Minimum 8 years of relevant investment/asset management, acquisition, valuation experience in PERE/Family Office
- CPA/CFA qualification
- Strong business acumen
- Able to work independently, effectively and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Experience in Europe market would be advantage
- Proficiency in English is a must
