As a R&D Technologist,you will be responsible for
- Support and participate in R&D projects, from concept development to commercialization, ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct research and experiments to develop new food products, improve existing products, and optimize formulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance, to ensure successful product development and launch
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer preferences to drive innovation and competitive advantage
- Conduct sensory evaluations, shelf-life testing, and product stability studies
