Due to business expansion, our client is now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join and grow within their well established portfolio team.

About the role

Responsible to provide all aspect of QS services including budget control, tender documents, tender analysis, prepare interim payment, financial statement, and VO assessments etc.
Conduct pre contract cost control particularly on preparation of cost estimates, cost plans and cost analysis.
Prepare tender documents and pre-contract tendering support for projects including A&A and building projects

What you'll need

Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity surveying or equivalent;
Membership of HKIS / RICS
min. 5 years years experience in QS field
Good Chinese, English and computer skills
Immediately available is highly preferred
