About the Company

The client company is well-known client that is known for its specialized projects and stable project pipeline. The projects range from civil, structural and E&M projects for reputable client. To better support the new projects, the company is expanding with a larger team and currently calling for a QS talent to join the team.


About the Role

As a QS, you can expect your major responsibilities to be the followings:

• You will be involving in delivering full cycle E&M QS services from pre- to post- contract stage, including but not limited to tendering, cost estimation and control, final account settlements, contract administration, etc.
• Play an important supporting role in the project team to ensure the project is completed in a quality and timely manner as well as within the budget
• Coordinate and communicate with internal or external stakeholders, including client, consultants, project teammates, sub contractors, etc.
• Conduct regular reporting on project status and maintain necessary record

About the Requirement

• Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or equivalent
• Around 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying for E&M projects
• Good communication and language skills. Good command in English and Cantonese is required to liaise with different stakeholders
• Good team player with energetic, responsible and detail-minded character
