Quantitative Research Manager
We're currently partnering with a global data and brand consultancy in finding a Quantitative Research Manager focusing on regional projects with clients aross different industries.
You will be responsible in managing and identifying opportunities in accounts, understand the client's need, recommending appropriate solutions, analysis and translating data into meaningful insights. Concurrently you will also be coaching and providing guidance to junior team members.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage accounts and be main contact point in the local and/or regional markets to ensure deliverable are delivered in a timely manner, client satisfaction/needs
- Develop relationships with accounts to maximize account efficiency, profitability, retention and sustain existing business
- Responsible in designing data-driven methodologies towards client's need
- Responsible in in-depth analysis to draw and translate meaningful insights to the client's need
- Identify and pursue opportunities by recommending appropriate solutions towards the client's needs
- Responsible in preparing and presenting business proposals/pitches
- Coaching and providing guidance to junior team members to ensure continuous development and positive work environment
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in business related discipline, quantitative/statistic background is a bonus
- Minimum 3 years experience in market research agency with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis
- Experience in a client-facing and account management eg. account management, client success, business development
- Proactive, creative and relationship-oriented
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detail-minded and forward-thinking
