about the team.- Report to the Head of Market Research

- design the market research framework and lead a team of analysts for project execution
- assist in client servicing and day-to-day stakeholder management and communications
- follow up and track the whole research time-line according to instant business insights and provide actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews
- maintain and provide an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications and in the meantime manage data quality issues by overseeing data inquiry process to ensure standard operating procedures
- perform strong team leading service, lead and manage the execution and operations of market research projects, ensure recognition of effective work performance and utilise effective disciplinary actions when appropriate
skills & experiences required.- Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences, or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in research and analytic, preferable in related services, such as FMCG / Service/ Technology industry
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills in Cantonese and English
