As a Quality Officer,, you will be responsible for
...
-Conduct quality inspections and tests on toys throughout the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures and processes
-Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues or defects
-Monitor and analyze product performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
-Participate in supplier quality management, including supplier audits and evaluations
-Work closely with product development teams to provide input on quality requirements and specifications
-Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and best practices in toy safety and quality
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
-Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the toy industry
-Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, tools, and methodologies
-Familiarity with toy safety standards and regulations is a plus
-Effective communication and collaboration skills
