As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for
-Work closely with local sourcing team with providing technical support regarding quality issue
-Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to monitor and maintain product quality throughout product life cycle
-Conduct regular audits and inspections at supplier facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
-Collaborate closely with suppliers to address quality issues, provide guidance for improvement, and establish corrective and preventive actions
-Analyze and evaluate product defects, customer complaints, and non-conformance incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
-Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure the effectiveness of quality control processes.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to consumer electronic products.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing, and logistics to ensure quality requirements are met at every stage of the product life cycle
skills & experiences required.
-Degree holder, Quality or Engineering or equivalent discipline
-At least 8 years’ supplier quality experience, preferably in electrical/ electronic manufacturing industry with 5 years' in supervisory level
-Good at communication and influencing skills in collaboration across different teams
-Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
