As a Quality Engineer (Tools), you are responsible for
-Ensure all production are conducted in line with the company's ethical and quality policies
-Manage and review production schedules from suppliers for the assigned category of products
-Liaise with QC and suppliers on any capacity planning or scheduling issues.
-Prepare and provide weekly in production traffic light reporting to the merchandising team
-Alert and notify stakeholders when any critical production and quality issues arise
-Resolve any production quality issues by working alongside the QC and QA teams
-Conduct Pre-Production meetings when needed
-Provide manufacturing technical support and procedure to reduce costs, as well as improve quality levels and production efficiency
-Perform factory evaluations, implement and control CAPs
skills & experiences required.
-Education background in engineering, supply chain, chemistry or related disciplines.
-At least 2 years experience in a QA/QC role for tools/power tools products
-Familiar with QA/QC within a manufacturing environment is a must
-Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
