As a Quality Director, you will
-Lead the Quality Department in daily operational activities with the factory, new product innovation (NPI) and defining/implementation of ISO standards
-Establish and implement processes and tools to inspect and report quality issues
-Compile, analyze and report quality issues and defects to production team to ensure timely resolution
-Ensure systematic recording of quality issues to facilitate data analysis and feedback to production team
-Conduct regular analysis of quality data to identify potential systemic issues with production or to initiate product improvements
-Work closely with the R&D Department to conduct quality related tests to support NPI
-Work closely with other relevant departments and production teams to uphold product quality, manage costs and ensure customer satisfaction
-Work closely with the production team in China/SEA
skills & experiences required.
-Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
-Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in quality management, production processes, and working with suppliers/manufacturers
-Experience in the consumer goods industry will be highly preferred, though candidates with experience in other industries are welcome too
-Possesses the analytic ability to structure processes and procedures, identify trends and patterns, as well as resourcefulness to propose solutions
-Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
-Willing to travel
