As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for
-Supporting the QA Manager in factory approval, quality control, and testing of hardware components and food items
-Coordinating and administering testing to ensure compliance with EU and UK markets
-Managing Technical Files required by Toy Safety Directive or specific customer requirements, including issuing and uploading them to appropriate contacts
-Monitoring and reporting statutory or customer-specific compliance information, conducting safety assessments, and reporting material testing costs
skills & experiences required.
-Higher Diploma in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
-Solid experience in quality assurance, preferably in the toy industry
-Familiarity with factory approval processes, quality control procedures, and testing protocols
-Knowledge of EU and UK market requirements for toys
-Understanding of Technical File requirements and Toy Safety Directive EN71
-Familiarity with REACH and SVHC regulations
-Willingness to travel
