about the team.
You will be working in the consumer insights team in a team of 6-8 of forward thinkers. All of them are passionate about behavioural research and the psychology of human and consumer behaviour in order to influence the market. While being in a new generation, you would have to a good communicator in order to innovate and disrupt technology.
about the job.
  • Working closely with experienced individuals as well as analysts to focus on brand research, customer research, customer experience and more
  • Responsible managing a team of analysts and senior analysts, developing your teambuilding skills
  • Assist in project management to ensure research projects are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide support to senior management in proposal preparation, questionnaire development, fieldwork management and data quality, as well as to help formulate and prepare client reports
  • Participate in focus groups as well as interviews to then participate in data analysis and insights generation to provide actional solutions

skills & experiences required.
  • University graduate in any facilities with at least three years of experience in research or data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong client servicing and communication skills
  • Proactive individual who is driven and is striving for excellence
  • Native in Cantonese is a must with fluent English, Mandarin would be a plus
  • Knowledgeable in SPSS, SQL, Python, R or other programming skills
