With a solid international and regional presence and a strong client base, the company is looking for a qualitative manager to join their dynamic and international market research team.

    about the team. • Report to Head of Market Research • Lead a team of 3-4 • Diverse types of research topics and projects about the job.
    • lead the team to drive issue-based analyses in order to deliver proactive insights and build effective analysis presentations and consultative storytelling to clients with actionable and insightful recommendations
    • execute high quality performance in providing data, analysis and delivery
    • deliver strong account services and consultative advisory to satisfy client's needs and requirements
    • discover and identify new business opportunities within new and mature client network
    • lead the team, drive business objectives and time-line
    • assist and collaborate with other teams in the company in order to drive continuous innovation and leverage new techniques and technologies into the field of qualitative research
    skills & experiences required.
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Arts, Humanities, Languages, or any related discipline
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and analytic and strong in performing qualitative research methods, such as grounded theory, interviews, ethnography, focus groups, project techniques, etc.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, leadership experience is much preferred as well
    • Excellent communications skills in Cantonese and English
